Yvonne Uwah and yvonneshoots.com is a photography company providing portrait photography, event photography, and photographic prints.

What personal data is collected and how it is used by us, including relevant third party companies:

We will use the personal data you provide to us, such as name, email, address, etc., to process and fulfill your orders for services and products, including, but not limited to, requests to schedule consultations, receive email newsletters or other promotional offers regarding our products and services, purchases of digital products and credit/debit card payment processing.  

Below is an example list of third party companies with whom we or you may share your data in order to process your orders and provide important updates about your account to you.  In some cases, your data may be stored for as long as you maintain an account or request products or services be delivered to you.

• Analytics reporting and cookies tracking via Google Analytics to track visitor stats and/or deliver relevant ads for our products and services to you.
• Video Conferencing via platforms such as Zoom, Skype, or Google Hangouts to communicate with you.
• WeTransfer.com platform to deliver photos to you.
• Credit/debit card payment processing via PayPal or Venmo for our products and services.

By providing personal data to us and/or utilizing our products and services, you agree to your data being managed by us in accordance with our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy.  You acknowledge you may utilize available self-serve methods to limit or terminate access to your information or data, including but not limited to, email unsubscribe functions.  If you are subject to the California Consumer Protection Act (CCPA), or under the age of 18 years, you or your legal guardian may request to have certain information or data removed by sending a compliant request to the email at hello@yvonneshoots.com with the subject line “Data Request.”
